Torrential rain here.  Seems very localised, almost seems to be  forming in situ and not going anywhere fast - Could end up with  some very high totals.

3am heavy rain became lighter this morning before dying out before noon. This afternoon became brighter with some sunny spells but further showers have developed since 5pm.

A bit of a grim ol' night but at least it's keeping all those noisy brats indoors, so it is being a quiet evening this time round.

Nice 'n' quiet in the country park here when it's wet .. no chavs, boozers or other druggies .. always an upside  Dry here but a keen easterly breeze, 14 C @ 87% RH, pressure has fallen slowly to 1007mb.
