Didn't quite make 18°c in the longest sunny spell around 3-3.30. Currently 16.7. Under these cold uppers the temperature shoots up and drops down amazingly quickly at this time of year according to the sun's mood- without the ambient airmass warmth there's only the sunshine to do the work.

A great day with a maximum temperature of 17.1c here just after 3pm. A sunny morning gave way to convective infill at 1pm resulting in a brief light shower at 13.30hrs. The sunny spells returned this afternoon.
