For me it was a collection of deflated helium balloons.
I guess the amber liquid is no more than a simple urine sample. Those kinds of beach bottle for some reason are quite common on the shoreline here. Possible from boats though quite why? Maybe the risk of blow back on a windy day is a factor?
When compulsory DNA testing comes in, I expect those kinds of bottle will cease to be found.
Annoying though when you find them.
