Gunners season has imploded.....Todays result ia the nail in the coffin for their prem hopes. I listened to radio 5 live yesterday and there was a Gunner fan harping on about how great Wenger is and the fantastic football that gets played and that many Gunner fans would rather see attractive football than trophies etc. IMO Wenger has to go, the guy is to wrapped up in his own bubble and his own visions that end up not coming to fruition, no leaders on the pitch and a team short of 4 or 5 players.

Only Chelsea can stop united now. Could happen as they are back in top form again.
As for Celtic and Rangers perhaps they should let them play in the premier league. I think the idea was suggested years ago but dropped. But it must be frustrating for the fans having only European competition to look forward to

Man Utd has an easier run in with Blackburn away and finishing with Blackpool at home.

In reality I expect Man Utd to win the title by 3 or 4 points.  Still, it's an end to the season that seemed very unlikely only a month ago.

Unless of course the big four/five/six were to opt to join a European Super League.....

So Shiteh win 1-0 at Ewood Park, which probably assures them of the 4th CL spot. Given that situation, I hope the Bindippers overhaul us for fifth so we won't have to play in the dreaded (and meaningless) Europa League that could potentially involve an extra 17 games.

Better to concentrate on getting a CL place at the end of next season.

Sir Bobby Charlton football icon is on BBC2 on thursday 9pm a must for any real footy fan. Just a shame some of the current Man U squad and other top prem players can not behave impeccably as Bobby conducted himself.

Excellent piece from Samuel as to why La Liga is little more than the SPL in disguise and why eventually it will negatively impact Barca and Real.

Good goal from the Yids but Arry's reaction was odd. Chelsea playing well and it should be only a matter of time before they score.

It is days like this when I despise football for the lottery it is.

First Chelski goal didn't go over the line, the second was offside. Apart from that, the officals played a blinder.

It's time to play our second string XI for the rest of the season. I hope we lose every game.

Time to regroup for next season.  As for Harry, honest and fair in his assessment after the game but, once again, its Spurs that are diddled by the officials.  Would Asene and SAF been as humble.  Not likely - even if the officials had dared rule against them!

Plenty of 'Bruce out' type rubbish from the locals up here. Not even man u could have survived the injury nightmare we have had to our front line. I wonder about the mentality of most Sunderland fans I really do, when at full strength we have matched the best in periods this season. 😨

Couple of dodgy decicions for Chelsea yesterday but, whilst nothing really against Spurs, they happened for the greater good.

Just need Arsenal to do their job today (although I'm not confident... )
