The radar just looks a mess. It’s hard to tell if some gaps are real. It looks distorted in some places as well

Surely any intensity will lower the temp WI?

1.4 and dandruff now, maybe around 10-1030 we might see an uptick.  Don't bet on it though.

NOW it is properly snowing, but that strong SE wind streaming straight in from the Strait of Dover is just . . . urgh! Too wet to settle, just need to properly bomb it down to put down a base layer.

1.8 c but the 90% h had brought the dewpoint to above freezing.

Doesn't look like a great deal much else to come - but I could be wrong - the RADAR has certainly been very poor on this event, showing  us  under and an  orange area  for ages without anything falling  !

Snow now moderate, decent fall developing  temp has at least dropped to +1.3 from +1.9 a while ago!

It is throwing it down and temps inched down to 1.3 c but with dp at +1, it's sadly too wet for any settling right on the coastal edge. Not that it comes as a surprise to me given my location.

Indeed. And I'll never learn as I did secretly hope for a 20th Feb '12 event.  Still, I've got my favourite (!) weather type, a near gale force SE wind whistling through my roof.

I'm done with this winter now, roll on the first bit of Spring-like mildness in calm winds and sunshine.

Yep, wrong side of marginal down on the coast. J11, M20 down to two lanes already just up the hill..

I think the 25 flakes in total in the Metoffice forecast were about right.

Yeah, nice to look at falling but just too warm, struggling to get below freezing I think even on the tops.  Will only be saved by really heavy snow for hours  and its hard to see that...

Nice, turning sleety here, Waaaay too warm for a covering but a good fall to watch come in from the channel.

While it became as light rain for a time, it's now back to as snow and quite heavy but still too soggy for any settling.

Turned heavy here which has turned everything white...

It has just started to snow here, in line with the radar returns which are showing the heavier stuff arriving.

Temperature just below freezing:  0.0c on one thermometer and -0.2c on the other.

We still have a covering of up to 2-3cm from Tuesday's snowfall.

Fairly heavy snow in Slough and Heathrow area, probably most significant snowfall in the area since 2013.

4-5 inches of lying snow here and still snowing. 0.1C
