I know this isn't snow, but when listening to the BBC forecast from Chris Fawkes just now he mentioned the possibility of freezing rain overnight Saturday to Sunday from the little feature crossing the south of the country. His commentary didn't mention locations, but the graphics showed precipitation to the south of a line from the Mersey to the Wash. Given how rare this is (and how dangerous) I wondered if any of the model output was showing this potential.
