Bringing in Saha and (probably) Nelsen is part of the insanity defence 'Arry will be adopting at his trial.

Rather shallow I know, but could Gareth Bale be the ugliest player in world football? Everytime I see his face on tv I want to belch lumps.

Mancini saying that he "underestimated Everton" is a truly shocking admission. If Man City don't win the league this year, let's be honest you can see Man United being gifted another title this year, then Mancini will be solely to blame.

Unaaated have a good chance to kick on this weekend against the Chavs - Howard Webb is the referee.

Poor from Arsenal tonight , not surprised though, now 7th in the table.

What a surprise Arsenal announce J W is to miss the rest of the season the day after the transfer deadline, funny that.

I would say AW has to bugger off, he's not an accountant, but who else is there

It does rather seem as though AW has run out of ideas, since all he seems to do is blame other people for Arsenal's mishaps.

At least some managers say we weren't good enough, we would like to improve the team, but we can't afford it. etc

Bit of honesty on AW part would be good.

Mourinho to be Arse manager next season. You heard it here first 😉

Arsenal are a far bigger club than Chelsea on all levels bar the chairman's wallet.

Arsenal, on the other hand, are in a better place than Liverpool, IMO. AOC is an excellent up and coming player. And we know the horrible little twunt that is Wilshere, certainly needs no introduction. Factor in the likes of Gibbs and they have a good crop of youngsters. However, Wenger or his sucessor is going to have to spend shed loads of money this summer just to keep pace with the likes of Liverpool, who will also surely be spending.

Another good win for Sunderland last night, we certainly are heading in the right direction at the moment, although to hear some of the guys in the pub after the game talking of Europe made me cringe. We are playing well at the moment, but Norwich could have easily had a couple of goals themselves and we need to strengthen at the back.

Still, at least there won't be nervous months ahead fighting relegation

I saw a Villa fan quoted today who said MON is a phenomenal motivational manager. The problems only start when you give him money to spend.

Looking forward to Monday night, a confident Liverpool side against an excellent Spurs. Feel for Andy Carroll though as he has been much much better in the last two games, and now Suarez is back. As a pairing I just do not see them working. Will be interesting to see what KK does.

I'd like to see Carroll kept up front, with both Suarez and Bellamy supporting. Maybe this game's too soon - I expect Suarez to be on the bench.
