Lovely and sunny now, clear blue sky but breezy. The forecast this morning said it would be raining now?!

Observations between 10.30 pm last night and 7.15 pm currently.

LAST NIGHT: Clear breaks and variable cloud amounts.
THIS MORNING: Although there was a fair amount of cloud about, there has been some decent bright spells. Did get to see a half-decent high-based coloured sun rise.
THIS AFTERNOON: Overcast with occasional rain. The cloud base fell low enough to shroud the hills to the north of the town.
CURRENT: Dull and gloomy.       15.5 C.       99% humidity.        Dewpoint: 15.4 C.        Moderate south west winds.         Falling slowly to 1007.5 mb.

WINDS: Light north west last night, then moderate to fresh south west during the day.
AIR QUALITY: Superb.
VISIBILITY: Very good this morning, then it became rather poor over the hills in the afternoon but still remained good at sea level.
COMFORT FACTOR: It started off as being dry this morning then turned wet and clammy in the afternoon. Rather cool the whole time, especially in the afternoon as the wind picked up.
RAINFALL (in mm):  1.2
TEMPERATURES (in C):        Max: 17.3 at 1.45 pm.            Min: 9.2 at 3.30 am.
PRESSURE (in mb):            Max: 1012.1 at 8.30 am.          Min: 1007.5 currently.

UPDATE: Just looked out the window again and clear breaks are now developing.
