LAST NIGHT: Clear breaks and variable cloud amounts.
THIS MORNING: Although there was a fair amount of cloud about, there has been some decent bright spells. Did get to see a half-decent high-based coloured sun rise.
THIS AFTERNOON: Overcast with occasional rain. The cloud base fell low enough to shroud the hills to the north of the town.
CURRENT: Dull and gloomy. 15.5 C. 99% humidity. Dewpoint: 15.4 C. Moderate south west winds. Falling slowly to 1007.5 mb.
WINDS: Light north west last night, then moderate to fresh south west during the day.
AIR QUALITY: Superb.
VISIBILITY: Very good this morning, then it became rather poor over the hills in the afternoon but still remained good at sea level.
COMFORT FACTOR: It started off as being dry this morning then turned wet and clammy in the afternoon. Rather cool the whole time, especially in the afternoon as the wind picked up.
