Well we had another dry Christmas Day here. It's something I have mentioned in the past that it's been a long time since we had a really wet Christmas Day in this neck of the woods.
Saw some rain during the Christmases of 1997 and 1998 but they were not washout days. The last really wet Christmas Day was 1990. The three Christmas Days before this were pretty dry affairs.
-92 were dry
saw sleet and wet snow in the morning and a dry afternoon
saw some rain but it wasn't much and cleared through
-1996 were dry
saw a few wintry showers
-2001 were largely dry with 2000 seeing odd snow flurries
saw a little bit of rain
was largely dry
saw snow showers
-2008 were dry with a wet Christmas Eve 2007
saw a little bit of rain at night
-11 were dry
saw some showers
was dry
Other locations I'm sure will have different stats.
