Observations between 7.15 pm last night and 6 pm currently.
LAST NIGHT: Cloudy with occasional light rain.
THIS MORNING: Dull with a burst of moderate rain at dawnbreak, then suddenly skies cleared up at 8.30 am and lead to clear skies and unbroken sunshine for the rest of the morning.
THIS AFTERNOON: Unbroken sunshine which lead to a clear evening.
CURRENT: Clear. 5.2 C. 74% humidity. Dewpoint: 0.9 C. Light north west wind. Rising to 1022.1 mb.
WINDS: Moderate to fresh south west last night, then it veered into as a north west this morning as well as becoming lighter and stayed that way for the rest of the day.
AIR QUALITY: Stunning, very clear and fresh.
VISIBILITY: Stunningly crystal clear after that bleak start.
COMFORT FACTOR: It was bleak, dark and wet first thing this morning, but as soon as the sun came out by 9 am, the lighter wind made it very pleasantly mild in the sunshine and thus made for a perfect afternoon to potter about in the garden - if anything, I can even still feel the glow on my face. It also helped with the drying up process - probably the first decent line washing day in a while.
RAINFALL (in mm): 0.6
TEMPERATURES (in C): Max: 9.8 at 1 pm. Min: 5.2 currently.
PRESSURE (in mb): Max: 1022.1 currently. Min: 1012.3 at 5 am.
