2-3inches of snow has fell north of Birmingham with trees weighed down under the weight of wet snow. Can't believe no one else from the area is reporting it?Cannock is quite high about 500feet so that no doubt helped.Andy

Snowing for most of the day where I work in Mansfield and when I finished work at 4pm my car was covered in snow. It was snowing moderately when I set off on my 5 mile journey but was raining when I got home. Temp here 2.2c
I can report moderate rain getting everything wet is that good enough!
Moderate bursts of rain since I returned home this afternoon, now drizzly with hill fog. Thoroughly miserable damp squib

Foggy with very light snow/snizzle here for the last few hours, temp creeping up towards 1 centigrade now.

We have a covering of snow now for the first time this winter, not sure if I'll need to dust the cobwebs off the snow shovel just yet!
Looks like light snow/sleet might fall quite widely across Devon and the Welsh mountains early tomorrow morning for a short while. Won't amount to much though as the rain isn't far behind!
Heavy rain in Worcestershire now - started off a bit sleety, but now it is just the horrible, wet rain we have been having for too long now.
Temp: 4.4 degrees - nasty, cold and wet! Awful! What a goddam awful winter this has turned out to be!

N Pennines:
Still snowing here, about an inch deep now and 0.8C

How high up is that, Pike?

Looking even better now! Just hope the rain holds off and it doesn't get too mild. THat said, the hills are a good 150-300 ft above this:
