If you came up with this thread this time last year, then yes, I would have agreed with you. But, like I said before, after that living nightmare horror show of last Autumn and Winter, I'm glad that things are still staying on the benign side. Heck, those living towards the south west approaches are still picking up the pieces! I remember when I got told to be careful what to wish for in terms of wanting exciting lively weather and boy, that was the best advice I've been given.
Yes, we are going to have to expect a storm here and there and if we are lucky, a notable snow event, but I, for one, am being glad that this Autumn so far is being relatively gentle to us. The longer I can hold off using the central heating, the better and hopefully my roof will stay intact this time round.
