26C with hazy sunshine and very humid

Pity this this hot spell is unlikely to be topped of with a decent light show imby.

Normal service resumed here today after three days which hopefully won't constitute the hottest weather I get IMBY this summer. 

Raining and miserable here. It's been a great run though there have only been two days of high temps, but the weather overall the last month has been superb 

Warm and Humid here Matty... your sort of weather  Have had the odd shower but it drying as soon as it hits the ground.

You may get a decent evening once it clears then tomorrow and Saturday looking ok too 

Maastricht (110 metres) and a site called Arcen both 37.6 at 1500 BST threatening the Netherlands' all time high of 38.6

Kleine Brogel is at 37.7 which is not far away from the Belgian record of 38.8

Very sultry here. Been up to 26 C, according to my thermometer. Had some showery rain earlier, now just cloudy (with thunder offshore).

BTW, does anyone know where you can get latest temperatures of UK locations, please.

Cloud has gone sunny , 27C  

We still managed to exceed 25C today - though rain is on the way. A nice day all in all.

Quite an east-west contrast today. East still holding on to warmth.

Cool and wet here temps have dropped to 16.1c so back to norm, looks like any "action" will bypass this area again.

Spot on, Jonesy. The sun is now out here and the difference in feel is instant. Tomorrow looks like bring another warm/hot one as well, with potential to reach 28c

Was but now falling and a strong gusty wind and a burst of rain has gone though.

15.4C here though did reach a creditable 20.5C earlier. Currently light rain and breezy.

Must be 12/13C cooler than this time yesterday, I feels as if I am going to be picked up for being 'off-topic' on a 'High temperature' thread :)

Yeah well this part of the world was in the metoffice's warning area for storms again which look don't look like coming off to fruition so technically not off topic.

Wind has switched to the sw in the last hour or so. Can all ready notice the fresher air outside.

Max today i think is Santon Downham (Suffolk/Norfolk border) with 28.3C.

Biggest drop in max could be Filton (Bristol) with 31C yesterday but 18C today
