Looking at the figures, our has Ings as a free, which isn't correct. The fee is still to be decided, but will likely be c£10m

Can't understand Levy's stance on adebayor. He isn't going to get any fist team football, is hovering up a decent wage kicking his heels, Sperms are offered a modest fee that'd cover the payoff to the player, but refuse to sell.

Nuts.

I dare say Wenger would have paid big bucks for Benzema, Cavani, or someone of that quality. But either their clubs wouldn't entertain bids or the player wouldn't move. The decent strikers that have moved seem to have done so for non-money reasons, taking less money than is available in England to go to/stay in Spain (can understand that) or move to Italy (which I can't understand, because Italian football is the most dreary brand I can think of). Why would Wenger pay an over-inflated price for a Joe-average striker who'd be no better than what you've already got? Then again, £15m for Charlie Austin might have been worth a go as a last resort (with likely re-sale value, too). Or even Ibra for a low fee but mega-wages...

Patience is in short supply amongst the Arsenal fans who are fed up with the 4th place trophy , dont forget Arsenal fans pay top dollar to watch their team.

De Gea with a massive U-turn, signing a new 4-year deal with the Manc scum. Guess he never wanted to be a Madrid player after all. Madness.

From what i am led to believe is that there is a buy out clause for Real Madrid to pay 30 Million... De Gea gets 200k per week, Man U have secured a top Goalie and if he were to leave we get at least 30 Million.

3-1 Man Utd. Quality goal from Blind, absolute worldie from Benteke, and an Henry-esque finish from Martial.

Dire first half, fantastic second half. Deserved win for Utd.

The 2013/14 season happened in spite of him rather than because of him. I hope the owners have the balls to replace him with a much more proven manager by Xmas.

PS, I've just been on rawk* for a mosey, and - I'm genuinely surprised to see - the mood on there is now matching mine & people (even some long-standing 'staff' writers) are calling time on his tenure.

I take it he was the resident Chelsea fan?

Great video on the BBC site of Garth Crooks laying into Mike Dean for making the game all about him, haha! He was dreadful to be fair.

Costa is just a piece of sh*t.

The sort who, in real life, would gob off until someone went for him, when he'd run off squealing that 'the big nasty man was twying to hit him'
