Fine and clear with brilliant morning sunshine. Temperatures got down to as low as 1.6 C at 7.45 am but couldn't see any ice or frost at this end due to a strong north west wind and low humidity levels, but are doing an excellent job in shifting the dampness from the recent rains.

Visibility and air quality aren't being an issue, that's for sure!

Only got down to -1C overnight, due to wind mainly.
Clear sky and this morning is dazzling sun on snow at -0.3C currently
2 or 3 inches lying from yesterday - far more on high.
Since I recorded almost 12mm of snow melt (+ what is lying) that suggests at least 15cm of snow higher up even if it was not heavier up there.

What is wrong with this goofy forum software, it refuses to show this image at correct size and aspect ratio no matter what you do in the settings!

Penetrating frost overnight and the lying water on the roads and fields has frozen solid.

Temp has now gone to 1.2c and some showers appearing despite local weather predicting wall to wall sunshine. Its great winter weather

Put the link between these [img][/img] and it will appear correctly. That's how I got mine to appear right in the spring thread but it does make the picture smaller. That's the only work around I came up with. Like this..
