London does look to be in the firing line on current trajectory. But the East Kent crew - Ian J, Iain S, WI, Gusty, me, others - I reckon it's going to slide just to the west of us. Twister in the Weald might get something.

But we live in hope!

Yo yo yo. 148-3 to the 3 to the 6 to the 9, representing the ABQ, what up, biatch?

The MetO forcast for the W Midlands says sleet and snow overnight.   The MetO not-a-forecast shows heavy rain for Evesham.   Based on the radar I doubt I will get more than 0.5mm of drizzle and more tornadoes than I do snowflakes.

But some will be lucky.

And there is always next year.   Not as though we expect snow in these parts in winter.

I think I'm in a decent position (particularly for later on as that lot further back slides down), but my elevation will probably let me down as has happened in multiple marginal situations before ...

Snowing steady in Wakefield now for an hour, looking at raintoday/radar a few more hours of the white stuff. Definately no snow bomb though!

It helps for us users on android that people post where they are getting the snow and/or put location in signature location, otherwise you have to keep clicking on profile to see where poster lives.
Not snowing in Newborough yet.

Some showers coming in over the N Norfolk coast and falling as snow. Very unexpected here! My wheelie bin lid has snow on it!!!

One of the best surprises I've had in a while! Very happy camper - solid inch in most places - the kind where you walk and leave a snow footprint rather than remove the snow altogether! Have to say am very happy! All the students out taking pictures and snowball fighting. Great scenes - 4 hrs ago I thought we'd miss it 😂
