Starting to snow quite hard here despite temps starting at 4c. Temp now 3c and going down, snow straying to lay on grass and cars despite it being wet.

I thought Edinburgh would have a good covering of snow, unless it melted!? - Looked at webcam- looked very green to me as did Aberdeen!? Richard? Any snow there?

There was a dusting this morning but dew points have been higher recently preventing any snow from settling. That should not be the case later but by now I suspect we have lost much of the precipitation. Flows with any easterly component really do not favour these parts unless the air is exceptionally cold and that is very rare.

Snow been coming down sporadically here in northern Leeds. Light-moderate. A mere white-ish tinge to some grassy surfaces. A surprise though as I'd been heads down all day! Actually the 4th time I've seen falling snow this winter
