GFS 06z show 31C on Saturday and 30C on Sunday so another stunning hot weekend again and staying very warm next week with high 20's, settled and very dry.

IMO Dave, Winter is the best season going ( as long as it gets wintry weather ) but I have always said I like seasons to be seasons, so warmth doesn't go a miss.


 


I must admit I don't do the Matty style temps that hit 30c+ but I do like it dry and around the 22c-25c mark.

Still waiting for Matt Hugo's wash out summer.... Weren't we meant to have a north westerly storm on track by 15th?
I guess he was clinging to the EC 32 dayer in the hope his summer forecast might start to materialise.

Is it me or does the EC extended outlook change with wild variation from week to week?

Yep lovely gfs run little doubt,,,,,, ukmo on other hand has like a huge like col situation over most of England and to west and east looks strange those last charts also imo energy looks to have been modeled wrong we will c.


would be a huge north /south split in terms of weather on ukmo

very impressive ecm  holding of heights t144 to our s/w good signal from ecm height slowly rising to our east my projector cant fit it on my living room wall partner complains. what a monster!! good turn around in last few runs
