Conditions are absolutely dire here in East Kent. Been out to a power outage near Margate tonight, and there's flood water everywhere! Incessant rain since this morning. Horrible!

It's not over, until the fat Scandy sinks.....

Location: St. Mary Cray, S.E. London border with Kent.

Less chilly today at 10.1C already, cloudy with patchy drizzle and still quite windy from NNE
