THIS MORNING: Quite a fair amount of cloud, some bright spells.
THIS AFTERNOON: Bright spells at first, then there was a short lived burst of squally rain at 1.30 pm but that quickly cleared away and lead to clear skies for the rest of the day.
CURRENT: Raining. 9.9 C. 90% humidity. Dewpoint: 8.3 C. Moderate south west winds. Rising slowly to 1008.3 mb.
WINDS: Strong south west last night and during the day, then it eased back in the afternoon after that bit of squally rain.
AIR QUALITY: Superb, very fresh and clean.
VISIBILITY: Generally very good but was poor for a time in the middle of the afternoon.
COMFORT FACTOR: It stayed dry last night and into this morning, then it got very wet for a time in the afternoon. The strong wind made it feel rather cold.
