Interesting - that meeting I was in 2 weeks ago (where I got coughed on by the headteacher) turned out to be correct. All along they'd been working on this Friday being the last day and so it is.

The more worrying thing for the school will be how they handle the "key worker" / vulnerable children... it'll be interesting to see how they handle that staffing wise.

Anyway, day 1 of formal self isolation for me has ended. Still have the sore throat and I still feel a bit woozy, but I still have my sense of smell and taste! I still reckon it's just a cold, but we'll see!

I feel it is quite emotional in here this evening. We're not exactly a large community on TWO either. Yet it really hits home how we all need to pull together as a nation, as local communities - citywide to street level - after reading several heartwrenching posts of recent losses from many esteemed posters on here.
