Into the 32s °C, with a 17°C dew point. Feels as hot as I can ever recall here. Not a long way of how it felt at 37°C in Bicester 25th July last year, when there was much more of a wind blowing.

Got too hot in my office so cycled down to a local ford. Lots of people wading around to cool off. At least with Google Docs I can work with my feet in the water!

34C here now according to weather.com. It's certainly the sunniest day of this heatwave here so far I think.

I have a 35C in my heatzone watch. Hopefully we will see that reflected in the 14:00 updates.

I have some Cumulus hear now, but as long as they stay away from locations further west Im happy.

If your classing anywhere 23 degrees either side of the equator then yes a good portion of the Sahara is tropical. Of course though this would also mean a large part of the Andes are tropical despite rarely seeing temperatures higher then the low to mid 20's.

However i was referring to tropical climate not location :)
