A warm and humid evening with the sun now breaking through.

The 20.4c, air temperature, sunshine and the dewpoint of 17.6c is making it feel almost tropical after the earlier rainfall that gave 3.2mm and the totally calm conditions at the moment.

Observations between 8.30 pm last night and 8.15 pm currently.

LAST NIGHT: Clear spells slowly gave way to thickened cloud cover during the course of the night. The cloud then became thick enough to produce rain by dawnbreak.
THIS MORNING: Quite dull and overcast with outbreaks of light rain.
THIS AFTERNOON: There was more in the way of brightness as the cloud layer thinned out. There was a bit of "left over" rain at one tme, though.
CURRENT: Partial cloud cover and clear breaks.       18.9 C.       92% humidity.       Dewpoint: 17.6 C.        Calm winds.         Steady at 1018.3 mb.

WINDS: It has been light and variable in direction for most of the time.
AIR QUALITY: Fair to good, rather musky in nature.
VISIBILITY: Very good, especially in the afternoon.
COMFORT FACTOR: Wet this morning, then it felt muggy in the afternoon as the sun came out and wind remained calm. All good for the lawn which is looking quite parched anyway!
RAINFALL (in mm):    3.3
TEMPERATURES (in C):        Max: 20.9 at 5 pm.         Min: 16.6 at 7.30 am.
PRESSURE (in mb):            Max: 1021.6 at 8.45 pm last night.          Min: 1018.3 currently.
