LAST NIGHT: Clear spells slowly gave way to thickened cloud cover during the course of the night. The cloud then became thick enough to produce rain by dawnbreak.
THIS MORNING: Quite dull and overcast with outbreaks of light rain.
THIS AFTERNOON: There was more in the way of brightness as the cloud layer thinned out. There was a bit of "left over" rain at one tme, though.
CURRENT: Partial cloud cover and clear breaks. 18.9 C. 92% humidity. Dewpoint: 17.6 C. Calm winds. Steady at 1018.3 mb.
WINDS: It has been light and variable in direction for most of the time.
AIR QUALITY: Fair to good, rather musky in nature.
VISIBILITY: Very good, especially in the afternoon.
COMFORT FACTOR: Wet this morning, then it felt muggy in the afternoon as the sun came out and wind remained calm. All good for the lawn which is looking quite parched anyway!
