Almost blizzard conditions for the last 20 minutes or so, it's a shame that the snow is too wet to settle.
Still it is the first snow here since Feb 2014, so can't complain to much.
I moved to Birdlip earlier in the summer because it's the highest village in the Cotswolds (and most of southern England) and therefore prone to snow.

Wet snow here at the moment which is leaving a sprinkling on car windscreens.
Snowing quite heavily now and the ground has turned white! Temp 0.4C, DP -1C.

Looking back at the radar I see it lost a lot of intensity as it approached. This is why I didn't bother getting up any earlier this morning - I know this place too well

A light sprinkling here overnight. Nothing on ground surfaces but the roof of the greenhouse has a bit of white on it. Currently 0.8C DP 0.5C
