That's Aire Bar in Leeds, where the balcony you can see is suspended well above the water. Rumours the windows are now creaking.

Keep us informed Simon. I am not surprised the windows are creaking. That's a lot of weight of water there.
The Aire in Leeds still rising - quite comfortably above its previous record. Station open since 1972.
More from Leeds:
My goodness - there's some damage mounting up here :-(
Anyone got any rainfall totals for the 24 hour period - Or is it still ongoing.
I thought this would happen eventually.. makes a first I think.
Good grief, I am so sorry for those poor people in the flooded areas, and just looking at the latest radar there is more to come. When can we please have some HP and sunshine?

I know mate and here is me moaning because I have misplaced my i phone.
i know, I've been grumbling about my business but it's nothing compared to what these poor folks are suffering. I wish this crap weather would pi$$ off now-it's just so depressing.
hope you find the phone! 👍
As we know from the floods in 2013/14, the waterlogging of catchment areas combined with prolonged heavy rainfall leads to one thing.
The weather pattern in the coming week will not help either.
Can the metoffice not issue amber warnings for more than a couple of days in advance?
The matrix here doesn't seem to match the assessment, I'd say the impact should be high which would make this an amber warning, not a yellow one.
