Quelle surprise, another Fifa darling team, and another dodgy penalty decision. Although the angles shown on the replays are tough to make out, that vagueness should not side with the striker. It looked to me as if Costa put his foot down onto the Dutch defenders leg as he was sliding which took his leg out with the slide. Never a penalty to me.

This World cup has definitely started with some poor refereeing decisions.
