Similar temperatures and weather here, but it certainly doesn't feel cold, even if it is several degrees below average. It's actually muggy as hell out there, with that typical summertime stuffy feel to things thanks to a high dewpoint. The wind isn't a refreshing breeze either, unlike yesterday.
It's currently 16.6, dew 15.6, and the high so far is also 16.6 - it's dry for now, but still mostly cloudy.
I found yesterday afternoon was perfect for being out in the garden, can't say I felt chilly at all despite wearing a polo shirt (and, daringly, no jacket to protect my arms from the brambles I was removing).
