Charts are available from the HIRLAM, GEM, GFS, GEFS, ECM, UK Met Office, CFS, WW3 computer models. Fax charts from the UK Met Office can also be viewed.
IMPORTANT: The GFS model is being upgraded. The new version is in testing and can be viewed here by selecting 'Parallel'. The current production version is called the 'Operational' run and is loaded by default when you open this page.
Select the computer model you want to view charts from, by default the latest GFS run is displayed when you open the page.
With the GFS you can set the step interval to be 3, 6, 9, 12, 24 or 48 hours and user the << and >> buttons. On bigger screens an hours ahead panel enable you to go directly to particular time.
With the HIRLAM, GEFS, ECM, Fax and WW3 you can select the hour as required.
