It's only when I watched the Press conference I realised how badly the Government have lost the plot and how flustered they are because they know it. I'm afraid The King is in the Altogether.
Well this is all getting so confused and over complicated. A minister on TV said it is now fine to drive anywhere to go for a walk or sunbathe so long as you don't leave England and go home the same day. On another channel a spokesman was asked if it was ok now to drive to their son's university digs and pick up his personal belongings. He said, no because it isn't an essential journey!! They've the lost plot now and they know it.
It's not complicated in fact it really only needs two questions.
1. Will what I do increase the risk of transmission and of me infecting somebody? If yes don't do it. If no it's ok
2. Will what I am about to do increase the risk of me catching it? If yes, don't do it. If no, it's ok.
It really isn't difficult.
(You could add - will what I do increase pressure on the NHS, if it will then don't do it, but this is less relevent now the are well below peak, especially in A&E).
And this is the mantra I will be following.
