Sadly the referees performance again has come under scrutiny. Man U must now face Liverpool without the inspirational Vidic at the centre of defence that will be left with a possible partnership of Smalling, O Shea or Evans. Plus point of the night was the midfiel performances of Nani, Carrick, Scholes and Fletcher.

Seriously? I can, Liverpool, Arsenal & Chelsea (again) all to come in the next 3 or 4 weeks with an ever weakening defence.

Exactly. They are top without having played consistently well, which cuts two ways but if they go stutter in the next few weeks it could still be an interesting finish.
