Dodged all but one shower today. Thundery line is now moving through the IOW and Southampton - a bit east of the model projections. Another streak of intense rainfall is soon to pass just NW of here. There have been a number of torrential showers within a mile of here according to the radar, but due to extensive cloud cover I would never have known!
Tomorrow doesn't look very conducive down here, with the models keeping the shower activity supressed across the far S (and much of the SE). The next noteworthy rain looks to be from a 'blob' on Tuesday. It looks like it'll be moving at quite a pace, so probably 2-3 hours of rainfall on the cards.
