That is my view too. People who go to gyms, pubs, restaurants will be frowned upon and be social outcasts. However, the government needs to also consider how it will support all of the small businesses that won't survive without help.

I didn't have stockpiles.

PS: I think I noticed in one of your posts that you have a gf. Can I ask why you bothered going through all that isolation stuff if she wasn't doing likewise? Not being funny but it sounds farcical.

Part of it is leading by example though and encouraging social responsibility. I cannot be expected to implore people to take personal precautions if I don't also sacrifice some elements of my own personal freedom.

And so it begins... one of the three of us in the office at work has a mum who has a cough, so they won't be in for 2 weeks. I know another in the office lives with *his* mum, so he'll no doubt be off soon too...

Which just leaves me - and as the school's still open, that's going to be a load of "no, we don't have the manpower to do that right now". The rest of this week's going to be pretty hellish!

I had a pretty substantial Brexit stockpile. Some things had gone out of date, but most of it's still OK or the kind of thing that has BB date rather than Use By, so should be OK.
