Official data now in they're still sticking to 171 new cases even though Scotland also reported 171


 


As of 9am on 16 March, a total of 44,105 have been tested: 42,562 negative. 1,543 positive. 55 patients who tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) have sadly died.


 


3,826 results to 9am today of which 171 were positive (6.5%)

Missing? There is no accurate data. The Chief Medical Officer said as much. It could never be accurate with limited testing and no knowledge of asymptomatic numbers.

It's only a modelling study, but these numbers below would provide support for HMG's policy (intended or not)


It could still mean thousands or even tens of thousands of deaths though.
