The dreaded Easterly is now being touted, good for some but crap IMBY. Still awaiting some consistency with regards to troughing over Europe and heights towards the NW.

ECM is much the same as this morning and I was surprised there weren't more posts then.

..in your last 16 posts? 🤣

on a serious note, the gold always seems to stay at the end of the rainbow. Let’s see if ECM continues its pantomime ‘mild easterly’ from previous runs...

The way things are staring to look in the model output, Brexit may not be the only problem the government has to deal with!

Well the ECM 12Z has restored my faith in model watching. Perfect synoptics and even looks decent in the reliable time frame.

This is what the those of us who watch the Strat have been hoping for - we just need to count the days down to the middle of next week without things going pear shaped.

ECM at 240 is pure FI, but if that comes off, the south of England and most of France stand to get a proper snowfall with large accumulations as the southerly tracking lows start to fire up the Channel. Well, we can dream.

New world order coming.

In my opinion this ECM is best run I've seen this winter. Be interesting to see where it sits in the bigger picture.

From December 27th 2020, zonality will be banned from mixing with the UK. We appreciate that this may come as a shock to younger people and old Uncle Barty. This ban will last for a minimum of ten days.
