I cannot see these new warnings on the Met office website. Only today and tomorrow which were issued at 12:27.

There won't be any snowfall for the central area of the country though, it's just a general inaccurate warning, maybe a slight frost and that's it, we can get those in May.

And that's one of the problems. With the colder air comes drier air. Tomorrow looks mainly dry for most of the southwest quarter, and I include up to the southwest midlands in that.

Five days of snow alerts for Kent.  I wasn't expecting things to get going properly  til Wednesday

Hmmmm..... I realise they are "covering their backs".  I think any accumulations will be on higher land predominantly and somewhat temporary, nevertheless, that is a decent outlook before the best chance later in the week, subject to change of course.

I think there's the chance of another light snow event crossing over us early morning again isn't there?

There is a lovely barn on the left as you cross over the Downs at Detling  on the A249 headed for Maidstone.  I'm sure if you snuggled up amongst the hay-bails in there your dream could become a reality, and have the Brazilian model on hand too.

Seems almost anywhere could get a dusting of snow

N Miller chatting about an area of light snow running out of Wales across parts of the Midlands and Southern England later in the night

Time will tell...

The last few frames of the 5min radar is showing light snow across N England moving south so maybe a dusting in places.

There's definitely something to my north at the moment, but I think it's rain or sleet, as the temperature outside is still 2.4c
