Bournemouth 2 Manure 1

Another big scalp for the ever improving cherries who have now found their premier league feet.Despite all the injuries we keep improving week on week and the result today is testimony to Eddie Howe`s refusal to change the way we play ie proper football

Great result and performance, outclassed Utd,so much for their beach training session this morning

UP THE CHERRIES!

They are a just-about-qualify-for-CL team these days, and luckily for them Chelsea are doing their best to make that easier for them this season.

Bloody hell, Spurs... couldn't do us a favour this week just as Liverpool couldn't last week.

Yesterday was unreal. This is bonkers. Where will it end?

Need to back it up now and get something out of West Brom on Sat and Palace on Boxing Day. Lose both of those and we could be back to square 1 with Arsenal to come at the Library Etihad. . Can't see us causing a shock there even with whats gone on this week.

Leicester 2-0 to the good against Chelski; Vardy and Mahrez with two excellent goals. Just a really good to watch team playing simple, effective, passionate football.

Very interesting post-match interview with Mourinho.

1-The players have betrayed him

2-He got them to (possibly) overachieve last season suggesting some aren't good enough.

3- Tellingly, it was what he didn't say; but I got the impression that he doesn't know what to do now.

It's just disappointing that our last two results have been so underwhelming, those missed points would have us in the top four by now. In this topsy turvey season every win is massive.

I think he should be removed. Clearly there are issues behind the scenes and when you slag off your players in public its never a good sign. It all began on the first day with his absurd attack on the Lady Doctor.

They need a fresh start and an easy win over Sunderland should be a good way for the new manager to settle in, though it will be an interim manager until the end of the season. Its happened  before. Di Matteo did a good job and won the Champions league

As things stand, they will need to win the CL in this campaign just to ensure participation in Europe next season.

Maureen is a great manager still and I think he could work well at Man U. So perhaps next summer LVG will be sacked and replaced by him
