Arsenal look good again now they have nothing left to play for. Top 4 safe for another season. Job done for Wenger.

Was hoping for an Everton win today. Hope my other hopes this weekend - Leicester, Bournemouth wins; City/Utd & Chavski/Wet Spam draws - come through.

And Super Sunday it proves to be.

Shiteh drop further behind Spurs. Spurs seal easy win and the Newcastle-Blunderland derby ends in a draw meaning they make up little meaningful ground against Bournemouth (who still aren't officially safe).

Oh and to cap it all, the Dippers contrive to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

As for us Cherries,we were never going to get anything from todays game,I just wish we would at least turn up and try a bit harder in these no hope games.Still at least we have points in the bag from 3 straight wins before today and rekon we need 4 more points to be guaranteed p/l football next season.

Looks like Utd are going to sneak in to 4th place too, also Saint is very quiet after this afternoon Liverpool will need a miracle to get past Dortmund!

Eddie Howe has proven to be one of the best managers in the PL this season and there is no reason to suppose the Cherries won't be a better team next season, given the money that will be available.

As for Sunday, I was surprised how much time Spurs were given time to play in the first half. The second half though was a more even affair as the Spurs midfield was pressed more (Jurgen Flopp take note).

Daft result for us, and wipes out any lingering hope of sneaking into the top 4.

Still, this was always going to be a season of experimentation with Klopp coming in. Need a clear-out in the summer, with some fresh players more in the Klopp style.

I would say Spurs are the favourites as their goal difference is far better. Leicester have to go to Chelsea on the last day and if they need to win, I can see Spurs sneaking home on the final day

BBC are running a live commentary on Adam Johnson's sentencing, and the judge is really drawing out his summing-up. Johnson must be in [much-deserved] agony.

I wonder how he'll enjoy being groomed himself when he's behind bars?

I really hope Leicester win the title

It will be so refreshing to see without the boring moneybags - we all know who they are and give hope for everyone else that anything is possible

And not to add a non-assuming man without any arrogance or chip on his shoulder at the helm

Pity they weren't as decisive with Adam Johnson

Saying all of that, we now probably have our toughest game out of the way insofar as the run in is concerned.

They have Man U and Chelsea away for two of their last 3 plus a couple of potentially tricky matches against sides in the relegation battle.

Spurs have arguably just as difficult a run-in, so maybe it balances out.

The back end of the season often throws up surprises, particularly for clubs at the bottom desperate for points.

Leicester now 7 points clear with an edgy 1-0 over Southampton

It could have been so different if Mane had scored in the first half on a one on one situation and a penalty could so easily have been with the ball hitting Danny Simpson's arm
