Sadly, these days, we import alot of our spuds. How far we have fallen 😋.

Still, I'm with you on closing our borders. That would ensure that we'd keep Beast out😁.

The end of May is a few weeks from now.  We’re in April so it’s 7 or 8 weeks away.

I find it abhorrent that the government are now using testing capacity and total tested as the headline figures, when actual tested is 6.5K

And the latest high street casualty

Coronavirus: Vintage retailer Cath Kidston lines up administrators

Quote

The accelerating flow of high street casualties of the coronavirus looks set to continue this weekend as Cath Kidston, the modern vintage retailer, lines up administrators in a bid to secure its long-term future.

Sky News has learnt that Cath Kidston filed a notice of intention to appoint Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) as administrator late on Friday. The move comes a fortnight after A&M was instructed to find a buyer for the business, which is owned by Baring Private Equity Asia. The sale process is ongoing, and a number of credible expressions of interest in a takeover are said to have been received.
